With regards to the personal importation of Samurai-tool products, Samurai-tool accepts no liability for any products that are seized or destroyed by your country’s customs agency.
The products sold by Samurai-tool are intended to be purchased by individuals or businesses. Therefore, there are products that are restricted by the manufacturer with regards to acquisitions for the purpose of resale.
Additionally, there are countries that the manufacturer cannot ship to.
If a violation is discovered, Samurai-tool will suspend the shipping or sale of the product.

About Price

As you are personally importing products, each transaction must be less than ¥200,000.
You have no obligation to pay Japanese taxes.
You do have an obligation to pay your country’s import taxes or VAT.
Samurai-tool has no obligation to pay for the taxes listed above.

About Payment Billing Date

Notes on Refund and Returning Goods

Upon receiving the products, please promptly open and inspect them.

Products cannot be returned based solely on your convenience.

If any of the products are defective, damaged or there was a mistaken delivery, please contact Samurai-tool within three days of receiving them.
Please do not forget to take pictures of and keep secure such products.

After contacting Samurai-tool, please follow the instructions you are given.
If a product is recognized as defective, Samurai-tool will send a new one, as per the Samurai-tool warrantee.
In the event a product is damaged or stolen, your money will be returned, as per the transportation company’s warrantee.
In the event that there is a mistaken delivery by Samurai-tool, the return of the product will be covered.
